Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Digital Transformation Summit (DTS) website, registering as a delegate, or submitting any form on this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered delegates, media representatives, sponsors, and other users of the DTS 2026 website and associated online services operated by the Department of Information & Communications Technology (DICT).
Use of the Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of this website. Prohibited conduct includes transmitting unsolicited communications, introducing malicious code, attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system, or using automated tools to scrape content.
DICT reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the website for any user who violates these Terms or who engages in conduct that DICT determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful or inappropriate.
Delegate Registration
Registration to attend DTS 2026 is subject to approval. Submitting a registration form does not guarantee attendance. DICT reserves the right to accept or decline any registration at its discretion, including where capacity is reached or eligibility criteria are not met.
Registered delegates are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide. Misrepresentation of delegate category, organisation, or credentials may result in cancellation of registration without refund of any fees paid.
Delegate passes are non-transferable unless expressly authorised by the DTS Organising Committee. Resale of summit passes is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, video recordings, session materials, and programme documentation, is owned by or licensed to DICT and is protected by Papua New Guinea copyright law and applicable international conventions.
Media organisations and accredited press may reproduce summit materials for editorial purposes with appropriate attribution: 'Digital Transformation Summit 2026 / Department of ICT, Papua New Guinea'. Commercial use of summit content without express written permission is prohibited.
Third-party trademarks, logos, and content appearing on this site remain the property of their respective owners.
